RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNING ITEMS BY POST

You can return items to us by post within 30 days and you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order.

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on watches that have had links taken out or refitted back to the strap as this process leaves marks on the strap meaning the watch is not as new. All items must be returned brand new, unworn with all the original tags in place and within all their original packaging.

Items must be returned with a completed returns form. Please also ask for proof of postage. Furthermore, please follow below instructions:

  1. Please include completed returns form inside your parcel
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box
  3. Make sure the package is sealed securely
  4. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we will not be responsible for any items that go missing on their way back to us.
  5. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  6. You must open a return request and wait for an approval e-mail before posting the item back to us.

Please note:

  • Your confirmation e-mail will contain all the shipping details needed to post the item back to us.
  • Remember to print and fill out the returns form before you place it inside the parcel.
  • Your parcel may take up to 10 working days to be processed in our warehouse.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DESPATCH

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it by emailing us at INFO@WATCHZONEUK.CO.UK . You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.

If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the items you keep. For example, if your order is for goods worth £140 and you then cancel an item worth £100, your order total will be below £49 and you will no longer qualify for free Standard delivery.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order at any time between now and 30 days after you (or the person you ask us to ship the products to) receive your items. Certain exceptions to this cancellation right apply, they are set out below.

Once you have received our order acceptance email, a binding agreement will be formed and you will no longer have the ability to cancel your order.

EXCERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision to cancel. We recommend that you do this by email to INFO@WATCHZONEUK.CO.UK

You will only need the e-mail address used to place the original order and your order number. Once all the steps have been followed your request will be forwarded for approval by our returns department. If your return request will be approved or disapproved you will receive an update by e-mail.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you have received is faulty please notify us within 7 days by contacting INFO@WATCHZONEUK.CO.UK . You will then receive a response from our customer service team with further instructions.

Please include the following details in your e-mail:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Postal address
  • Fault description
  • Pictures of the fault (if required)
