Delivery policy

Tracked service by Royal Mail. You will receive your order within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed on the same working day.

Spend £50 or more and you can enjoy this service for free. For orders under £50 there is a small charge of £3.00.

• Applies to UK mainland only including Northern Ireland.
• Royal Mail does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
• Any orders placed after 5:30 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Next day special delivery

Tracked special delivery by Royal Mail. You will receive your order next day before 1:00 pm. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed on the same working day.

You can choose this service for additional £5.00.

Saturday guaranteed delivery

Tracked special Saturday service by Royal Mail. This will enable you to receive your order on the next Saturday after you placed the order. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed the same working day and delivered on Saturday.

You can choose this service for additional £8.00.

International delivery

We can deliver your order to almost any place in the world. Your shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be calculated during the checkout. International shipping cost may vary depending on the location – from £0 to £20.
